Shipping Policy

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed later in the afternoon may ship on the following business day. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, you will be notified promptly. Estimated ship dates will be provided for backordered items, and customers may cancel their order at any time prior to shipment. Credit cards are not charged for backordered products until the order has shipped.

Domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Products may ship from multiple warehouse locations across the United States, and we prioritize fulfillment from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible.

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Expedited delivery options such as overnight and two-day shipping apply only to business days. Certain deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

If a package is returned to sender due to delivery issues, applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. Any claims related to shipping damage, missing items, incorrect shipments, or non-delivery must be reported within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the matter quickly.


Domestic Returns (United States)

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United States.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use the carrier of your choice to return the item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components included.

  • Items that have been installed, activated, registered, or used are not eligible for return.

  • Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% if the packaging is opened or the item cannot be resold as new.

  • Items returned missing parts, packaging, or accessories may be subject to additional deductions from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or installed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees or deductions. Please allow standard processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.

International Orders

All international sales are considered final and are not eligible for return. Manufacturer warranties may be restricted or unavailable outside of the United States.

The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate prior to placing your order. For compliance reasons, we are unable to declare shipments as gifts.

International orders ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS and depart from our primary warehouse Pinellas County, FL. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing when items must be consolidated from multiple warehouse locations. Oversized shipments may require additional freight charges.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and international wire transfers for global purchases.

Please note that certain manufacturers and regulated items — including Minn Kota products, Lowrance products, and hazardous materials — are not available for export outside the United States. We reserve the right to decline or cancel international orders at our discretion to ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
